What is the hourly pay range?
Lifeguards will be paid $11.00-$12.50 an hour, plus there are bonuses for completing the recruit class and working Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.
What will be the length of the work season?
The season begins in May and ends in September. We work with flexible schedules.
Can I continue to come back season after season?
The City of North Myrtle Beach encourages employee retention.
Do lifeguards rent beach chairs, umbrellas or concessions?
No.
